The Mini Chest for Ron’s Bikes was designed as a compact, utility-forward bag rooted in the brand’s distinctive aesthetic. I led the design and development process, built the digital patterns for the Mini Chest and the broader Ron’s bag line, and translated Ron’s vision into a refined, production-ready form. I also oversaw and executed manufacturing, ensuring consistency, durability, and efficient repeatability at scale.
